Star Real Estate’s Top Producer Liz Noriega Gives Clients an Edge with Teamwork
Realtor Liz Noriega enjoyed her first year with Star Real Estate as a top producer and this is a status she has held every year since then. Noriega, a retired paralegal, is a notary and an SFR specialist. She once specialized in real estate and contract law. A friend who recognized her exemplary people skills drew her into real estate sales, and she jumped right in by visiting as many homes on the market as she could.
“In the beginning I’d visit about 20 homes every day, just to catch up. I continue to visit every home that goes on the market. This helps me provide excellent and timely service to my clients. When buyers come to me looking for something specific, I know what to show them. When someone puts a home up for sale, I know the realistic value of that home.”
She also has a knack for quickly selling homes that have previously been on the market, but haven’t sold.
“I prep and stage a home by taking into consideration the home’s best feature and use it as a focal point. This, and the marketing tools that Star provides, help me sell homes quickly. The company is very generous with its resources, and everyone pulls together as a team to help a client.”
Earlier this year, Liz joined forces with six associates who meet twice a week to support each other.
“We share our experiences to help each other, so in reality my clients don’t just get my help; they get the help of six others, as well. They are backed by a power that is seven times stronger than I could provide by myself.”
Public service is what drives Liz. She donates her spare time to organizations that offer support to disadvantaged women and children.
“Time is as valuable, or more so, than cash,” she said. “I am rewarded by so much more than just a paycheck.”
Liz lives with her husband and their two rescue dogs in Huntington Harbour. She works out of Star’s Huntington Harbour office.
